Promotional products B2B · AI
An agent reads the customer’s enquiry, recognises products from codes and links, checks prices and stock at three suppliers and drafts a reply with the quote. Sales just reviews and sends.
Joinery manufacturer · AI + web
WordPress was replaced by a fast app with an assistant answering customer questions from the company’s documents and catalogues. In the same system: a blog, in-house mailing and Consent Mode v2.
Bicycles · e-commerce
A bulk importer and a stock-monitoring plugin for WooCommerce. The store checks availability at suppliers on its own and hides what can’t be sold before a customer orders it.
Bike workshop · custom system
An hourly calendar, owner dashboard, customer login via email link, parts lists, delays and declines. Customers know what’s happening with their bike without calling the shop.
Medical clinic · security
Attackers served altered content to Google and hijacked search traffic. We cleaned the site, closed the backdoors and moved it to new, hardened hosting.
